My Git Repository on Health and Biohacking

As you already know, I like to work with the human body, its capacity and the possibilities of its modulation. I deal with it not only theoretically, but also practically. I like to find out, study, try and test what effect a particular exercise, supplement, protocol, herb, mushroom or technique has on our body and ultimately our unique experience in it. Some call this hobby of mine biohacking, some call it an obsession with my own health and human physiology, and some call it just a simple effort and need to communicate with reality. Whatever you may or may not call it, I have decided to take some of my accumulated knowledge further. I want to reach out to people who are interested in similar things as I am and provide them with transparet information regarding what I have studied on my own.

I have decided to create this Git Repository with interesting facts about health, biohacking and human physiology that I have read or listened to. Since the sharing about my own experimentation is incredibly extensive and constantly changing and updating (at the moment, I’ve decided to primarily use my Signal group Biohacking 2.0 as the medium for this sharing), you won’t find a lot of my personal (n=1) observations and experiences in the repository, but rather interesting facts understood from external sources. However, it is entirely possible that I will try to expand the repository more and more in this way over time.

So may “my” “knowledge” serve you all in good health. Biohackers, medical professionals, Chinese medics, patients with specific diagnoses, yogis, esotericists, scientists, obsessive perfectionists, retired grandmothers who want to learn something new, and virtually anyone without distinction 🙂

Cheers!
