About

A life in practice.

I'm Michal — a yogi, biohacker, bleeding-heart nerd, and perpetual traveler, with a curiosity that rarely stays in one field.

My interests range from technology and human performance to health, yoga, consciousness, travel, and the ways our environment shapes how we feel and function. Over the years, I’ve spent a lot of time studying and experimenting with nutrition, sleep, supplementation, recovery, breathwork, plant and fungal medicine, movement, and different ways of understanding the body.

I’m naturally drawn to going deep — whether it’s technology, biology, an ancient practice, a strange plant, a new place, or some obscure question I can’t stop thinking about. Over the years, that curiosity has turned into a body of practical knowledge: learned through study, experimentation, teaching, traveling, and years of paying close attention to what actually works.
